At Elevated Living, we offer our homeowners a one year warranty from workmanship defects, two year plumbing, electrical and HVAC delivery systems warranty and a third party six year warranty from structural failures to set their minds at ease throughout the first few years of homeownership.

Emergency Warranty Requests Only
WHAT IF I HAVE A WARRANTY EMERGENCY IN MY HOME?
Please call our warranty team at our emergency phone at (806)470-4326 if you are experiencing an emergency and be prepared to leave a message with your name, address and a brief description of the issue you are experiencing. One of our team members will return your call to assist.
WHAT CONSTITUTES AN EMERGENCY?
Gas Leak – if you smell gas, please evacuate the home, and Call 911. They will direct you to your gas company, if the leak is not fixed by the gas company. Contact our warranty team.
Total Loss of Electricity - Please verify that the neighborhood has power and that all Breakers and GFCI’s have been reset. Contact our warranty team.
Loss of Heat – If outdoor temperature is below 45 degrees, contact our warranty team.
Note: Lack of A/C is not considered an emergency.
Plumbing Leaks – Determine source of leak, turn off water supply to mitigate against any further damage. Water shut off may be at water meter in the alley. Contact our warranty team.
